Reverie

Now you see what Emma dreams

Denial, she claims to be awake

Put on replay for years and years

She feels she’ll never wake

Now your journey has come to cease

You may now at last put your mind at ease

The little girl still believes what she sees

She’s begging and begging, Mr. Benzedrine, please

So close your eyes, tuck under the sheets

Make sure your feet are covered

At least, you’re not the little girl

Who forever shall be bothered
